SENIOR MARKETING EXECUTIVE

 

MISSION OF THE POSITION:
  • To support company growing current and new projects with effective market research and marketing strategy

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies

  • Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns and promotional events

  • Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication

  • Write copy for diverse marketing distributions (brochures, press releases, website material etc.

  • Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities

  • Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance

  • Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses

  • Ensure the documentations are in order and compliance to ISO requirements.

  • Perform any job duty as and when required by the immediate superior/ HOD.

  • Any other job functions as assigned by the Management from time to time.

Finance Manager

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Supervise over general accounting operations including internal auditing, cost accounting and budget control

  • Ensure company has sufficient cash flow and funding to meet its business objectives

  • Lead and supervise the accounting team effectively.

  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, company secretary and lawyer.

JOB KNOWLEDGE:
  • Possess a Degree in Accounting and / or professional accounting qualification

  • Min. 5 years working experience in finance and accounting field

  • Experience in audit firm, budgeting and / or costing are added advantage

  • Good grounding in a company finance workflow and function.

  • Preferably experience in property development industry

COMPETENCIES:
  • Strong financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting and costing skills

  • Proactive, aggressive, independent and resourceful

  • Excellent leadership and management skill

  • Preferably experience in property development industry

QUANTITY SURVEYOR

 

MISSION OF THE POSITION:
  • Making sure that construction costs and production are managed as efficiently as possible.

  • To provide support to the project team, maintaining commercial information and ensuring compliance with contractual requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Perform and manage all matters related to project contract administration including progress claim, payment certification and settlement of final account.

  • Perform and manage all matters related to sub-contractors management including preparation of letter of award, sub-con payment certification and settlement of final account.

  • Taking off quantities and conduct site valuation or joint site measurement with sub-contractors and site management team.

  • Ensure regulatory and company compliance with contractual Terms & Conditions and ISO requirements.

  • Ensure all quantities, project budgeting and costing are accurate.

  • Perform any job duty as and when required by the immediate superior/ HOD.

  • Any other job functions as assigned by the Management from time to time.

ACCOUNT CUM ADMIN ASSISTANT

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • General admin and support for Account department

  • Answer and direct phone calls, photocopying, fax and mailing

  • Dealing with company secretary for all secretarial matters and timely submission all necessary documents

  • Filling and maintain the files records

JOB KNOWLEDGE:
  • Diploma/ Advanced diploma/ a bachelor’s degree in finance/ accounts.

  • At least 1 year of relevant working experience.

  • Basic knowledge of accounting and financial principles

  • Proficient in Ms Office

COMPETENCIES:
  • Meticulous and able to work in detailed and organized manner

  • Good Communication Skills

  • Good computer skills

  • Initiative and Ability to work independently
