PROJECT MANAGER
Ensure project goals are achieved on time and within budget, capable of handling all aspects of project execution, including planning, scheduling, cost control, quality assurance and ensuring full compliance with safety and industry standards.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the housing development sector.

The position is open for placement in Negeri Sembilan / Selangor.
SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR
Capable of preparing cost estimates, tender documents, managing contracts, progress claims and handling final accounts. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential, as the role needs to monitor cost performance and ensure effective budget control for construction projects.
